Beechwood Building & Design was formed in 1999 to meet the needs of quality-conscious custom home buyers in and around Ann Arbor. Owners Jim Fileccia and Brian McLaughlin are hands-on, customer-friendly building professionals with a passion for technical excellence and beautiful design.

Holley Development Company
Dennis Holley, an electrician and son of a builder, established Holley Development Company almost two decades ago. The business evolved through word of mouth after the completion of our 1987 Showcase Home.
Today we are joined by our son Tom, who focuses his efforts on service. We know that our commitment to service is what makes clients come back to us for a second or even third home. Our job is to respond to our client's needs and help them build their dream home and to guide them with our expertise because ultimately, we are building their home.
We are constantly researching current trends in the home building industry. This helps us to construct a home for our clients that will appreciate in value. Our past homeowners have also appreciated our honesty and integrity due to our use of an itemized billing system.
Since we are building custom, one-of-a-kind homes, we believe that the builder should be right there, on site, for every aspect of the project. In our fast paced environment we know how important it is to be available for questions and we attempt to be available on our client's schedule. This was evident in a few homes that were custom built "long distance" via e-mail, fax and an occasional weekend trip.
Every home built to date has been very different, ranging from ultramodern to very traditional. What remains the same, however, is the attention to detail and trim work, the unique staircases and the fresh approach to each project.
Our goal is to have all of our clients relish the building process and the exciting decisions that make a house a home.
